  • Each box is a curated assortment of beauty products and accessories. While contents vary, you can expect a mix of name-brand and indie favorites—such as eyeshadow palettes, skincare items, mascara, eyeliner, blush, contour, bronzer, setting powder, primer, lipstick, lip liner, gloss, beauty tools, and more. Every box is thoughtfully assembled to include trending and practical essentials, with a full-face beauty routine in mind.

    Please note: I do not include shade-specific items (e.g., foundation in a specific tone) or products that may pose health risks or physical hazards (e.g., retinol, facial razors, hair removal treatments).

  • You may add your requests and preferences on the “Personalization Requests” form that pops up after adding your item to cart.

    If you already made your purchase but would like to make changes to your personalization request, please email happypicks.team@gmail.com or complete the form on my Contact page as soon as possible. If it has been 24 hours or more, I cannot guarantee your personalization requests will be considered as I may have already put together your order.

  • I do my absolute best to honor all requests and preferences! However, due to my rotating inventory and the nature of running a small business, I can’t guarantee that every request will be fulfilled.

  • Yes! I’d love to help you create custom party favors for your event. If you’re ordering for a group, just let me know how many people you’re shopping for, how many items you’d like for each person, and whether everyone should receive the same items or a mix.

    For example, I recently created gift sets for a bachelorette party of six—each guest received five items (an eyeshadow palette, face mask, blush, lipstick, and lip gloss), with colors customized for variety.

  • Each order is thoughtfully curated with a full-face makeup look in mind. I choose items that I personally love and feel confident in—products I believe will bring joy and value to your beauty routine.

    If you’ve submitted personalization requests, I take those into account while selecting your items. And if you prefer to be fully surprised, I keep things fun with a mix of colors, textures, and beauty tools to create a playful and well-rounded experience.

  • I source all beauty items through authorized distributors, wholesalers, and liquidators. For shipping supplies, I use a combination of responsibly sourced materials—some from trusted suppliers and some from within my own community. I do my best to reuse and repurpose packaging whenever possible to stay earth-conscious and reduce waste.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, which means I’ll take up to 3 days to carefully put your box together. Once shipped, USPS Ground Shipping typically takes 2 to 5 days to arrive.

    You’re welcome to upgrade your shipping to reduce transit time—just keep in mind that processing time remains the same unless you request a rush.

  • If your purchase is $35 or more, you will get free USPS Ground Shipping—otherwise, your shipping will be calculated based upon your zip code.

  • If you need your order rushed, please upgrade your shipping and notify me right after placing your order, via email happypicks.team@gmail.com or Contact form on my website. I’ll make sure it’s processed the same day whenever possible.

  • My platform is currently automated to ship only within the U.S. due to customs regulations and the high cost of international shipping. However, I do offer custom international orders on request.

    If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, you're welcome to reach out. As long as (1) you're able to cover 80% of the shipping cost and (2) my products meet your country’s customs requirements, I’m happy to work with you to create a personalized box.

    For example, a recent custom order to South Korea included a 10 Pound box and an Ultimate Mystery box with over 12 items. While the shipping fee was considerable, the experience of opening the box made it more than worth it.

  • Each assortment is “made-to-order” where I hand-pick items as the order is made. I choose what feels right in the moment, based upon the personalization requests, and I do not keep track of everything that goes inside. This process keeps it fun for me and for you!

    So while I aim to keep each box unique and special, repeat items may occur—especially if you ordered recently.

    If you’d like to minimize duplicates, you're welcome to send a list or photo of what you’ve already received. I’ll use that as a guide to putting together your next box.

  • I typically bring in new items every 4 to 6 weeks, but timing can vary depending on the season, how quickly inventory moves, and what my distributors have available. Some months offer more variety than others—especially around holidays or seasonal shifts.

    That said, I’m always on the lookout for new distributors and fresh inventory to keep things interesting. Whether it’s a small batch or a full refresh, I love adding new finds that keep the shop feeling fun and exciting!

  • Because of the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds. Each box is made-to-order and designed to be a surprise—curated just for you. That means you might receive items you weren’t expecting, and that’s part of what makes the experience fun and unique.

    If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible, via email happypicks.team@gmail.com or Contact page. I’ll do everything I can to make it right!

    If the issue is due to shipping damage, please send me a photo and let me know right away. While I can’t control what happens once your order is in the hands of the post office, I’m happy to help file a grievance and provide a replacement when possible.
