Because of the nature of my products, I do not offer refunds. Each box is made-to-order and designed to be a surprise—curated just for you. That means you might receive items you weren’t expecting, and that’s part of what makes the experience fun and unique.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out as soon as possible, via email happypicks.team@gmail.com or Contact page. I’ll do everything I can to make it right!
If the issue is due to shipping damage, please send me a photo and let me know right away. While I can’t control what happens once your order is in the hands of the post office, I’m happy to help file a grievance and provide a replacement when possible.
