Personalization Requests: For a customized order, leave a personalization request on the form that pops up after you add to cart. Be sure to include: skin tone, makeup style (bold, neutral, or both), if you'd like beauty tools, special occasion, if it’s a gift for someone else, etc. I’ll do my best to fulfill your requests!
Shipping: Items will be shipped in 1-3 business days (if you need it sooner, let us know!)
Returning Customer? If you’d like to ensure you’re not receiving duplicate items, please let me know what you have already received via personalization request note section, email, or contact form on our website. I put together each order as they come in, and I do not keep track of each item I include. This process makes it fun for me and for you!
Inventory: I typically get new items every 4-6 weeks, depending on what my distributors have in their inventory. They do not always receive the same items, so I apologize if I no longer have a particular item in stock.
